In the third quarter of 2021, the top five medical apps on the Android platform in Angola displayed diverse trends in downloads and active user engagement. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Diseases Dictionary Offline by ufostudio maintained a steady growth in weekly downloads. Starting at 388 downloads in late June, downloads peaked at 550 by the end of September. Active user numbers also showed a consistent increase from 1.5K to nearly 1.9K over the same period.

SATUSEHAT Mobile from the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia, although having a modest download rate, saw a steady climb in weekly active users. Downloads hovered around 200 per week, while active users grew from 162 to 636 from early August to the end of September.

Dictionary Diseases&Disorders by Anna Voronich experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads. Downloads increased significantly in September, reaching 249. Active user trends also saw a rise, moving from 387 in late June to 485 by the end of September.

The French government’s TousAntiCovid app faced a decline in both downloads and active users throughout Q3 2021. Downloads decreased from 179 in late June to just 14 by the end of September. Active users also dropped from 2.1K to approximately 1.7K in the same period.
